The paper is ready to be framed. It will nedd a frame to hang it on your wall.
The canvas is ready to hang. It is already stretched on a wooden frame, with a wire on the back so it is easy to hang on your wall.
You can also choose the option : canvas ready to hang + framed to receive the canvas framed with a black frame.
