Si votre produit est endommagé pendant le transport ou si vous constatez des défauts de fabrication, vous pouvez soumettre une demande de retour en me contactant ici : atelierlenid@gmail.com
Mon équipe organisera un échange gratuit de votre poster ou de votre toile. Veuillez noter que l'article échangé doit être identique au modèle initialement commandé. Si vous souhaitez modifier le modèle, la taille ou le cadre, les frais de retour seront à votre charge.
Pour initier une demande de retour, vous pouvez également me contacter via cette adresse e-mail : atelierlenid@gmail.com .Il me fera plaisir de vous fournir un bon de retour et toutes les informations nécessaires au renvoi de votre colis.
Pour un échange avec un autre modèle, les frais de port pour le retour et la nouvelle expédition du colis seront à votre charge.

My team will organize a free exchange of your poster or canvas. Please note that the exchanged item must be identical to the model originally ordered. If you wish to modify the model, size or frame, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

For an exchange with a different model, the shipping costs for the return and the new shipment of the parcel will be at your charge.
