📦 What are the shipping rates?
Shipping is calculated at checkout:
• $1.75 — Greeting cards
• $4.95 — 8x10 prints or card bundles
• $9.95 — Larger formats and framed prints
• FREE shipping on orders over $120
⏳ When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped from my workshop in Magog, Québec.
Delivery times:
• 6–10 business days (Canada & USA) for smaller formats (cards, 8x10, 12x18)
• 10–14 business days for larger formats
• Up to 2–3 weeks for international orders
Please note: shipping does not include a tracking number for 8x10 or greeting cards and stickers.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I happily ship worldwide.
You can select your country at checkout to view available options.
Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer.
🔁 What is your return & refund policy?
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Once your return is received, a refund will be issued (shipping fees are non-refundable).
